If you’re looking to make a new best friend, there’s a farm in Bow, New Hampshire that just might be the place you’re looking for. Mocha Farm is home to miniature horses, and if you’ve never been close to these magical creatures, you’ve missed a chance to create a memory that can last a lifetime.

Listed on AirBnB, Mocha Farm offers the chance to become best friends with one of their miniature horses. When you arrive at the farm, your host will organize a “meet and greet” or go out with the herd of horses. From there, you’ll choose your very own miniature horse for the day to share a bond with and, depending on the weather, set off for a ride with your new friend around the farm.

Mocha Farm calls it their “hands-on” miniature horse experience, and they really mean it. Guest experiences can range from simple communication and touching the miniature horse for therapeutic value to full adventures with your miniature horse, including jumps and obstacles. Bring your energy, and the Miniature Horse just might match it.

But this experience is not just for fun. It’s also a reminder that miniature horses need your help. Cindy, the host of this experience at Mocha Farm, is also the Northeast Miniature Horse Rescue. The organization is a non-profit organization that works hard to find homes for unwanted miniature horses. Some of their successes are both heartbreaking and staggering. 100% of what you pay to visit these miniature horses goes to the association.

There are select dates in September and October to experience the magic of miniature horses. It’s time to meet your new best friend.
